sales or brokers licenses
require 12 hours of courses
consisting of the 3 hr NH core
class
along with 9hrs of elective credits.
Inactive- 3 hour
NH core class
sales or broker licenses require
only the 3 hour NH core class.

can be done live
or at home to fit your schedule.
